4. Pengukuran, Analisa dan Pengelolaan Pengetahuan (90 pts)

4.2 Pengelolaan Informasi, Teknologi Informasi, dan  Pengetahuan: Bagaimana anda mengelola informasi, teknologi informasi, dan pengetahuan organisasi?(45 pts)

  Proses 

      Jelaskan bagaimana organisasi anda menjamin kualtias dan ketersediaan data yang diperlukan, informasi, software dan hardware untuk karyawan, supplier, partner, collaborators, dan pelanggan. Jelaskan bagaimana organisasi anda membangun dan mengelola asset pengetahuan.

Dalam respon anda sertakan jawaban atas pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut:

 a.  Pengelolaan sumber daya Informasi

1)     Bagaimana anda menjadikan data dan informasi yang diperlukan tersedia? Bagaimana anda menjadikan data dan informasi dapat diakses oleh karyawan, psupplier, partner, collaborators, dan pelanggan seperlunya?

2)     Bagaimana anda menjamin  perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak adalah handal, aman dan mudah digunakan?

3)     Dalam keadaan darurat, bagaimana anda menjamin ketersediaan sistem hardware dan software dan ketersediaan data dan informasi secara terus menerus?

4)     Bagaimana Anda menjaga agar mekanisme ketersediaan data dan informasi, termasuk sistem perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan arah   bisnis dan perubahan-perubahan teknologi dalam lingkungan operasi anda?

b. Data, Informasi, dan Pengelolaan Pengetahuan

     1)  Bagaimana Anda memastikan sifat data informasi dan pengetahuan organisasi berikut ini:

·        Ketepatan

·        Integritas dan handal

·        Sesuai waktu

·        Keamanan dan kerahasiaannya

     2)  Bagaimana anda mengelola pengetahuan organisasi untuk mencapai yang berikut ini:

·        Pengumpulan dan pemindahan pengetuhuan karyawan

·        Pemindahan pengetahuan yang relevan dari dan kepada para pelanggan, pemasok, dan mitra.

·        Pengidentifikasian yang cepat, penyebaran, dan implementasi rujukan terbaik (best practices)

.    Penggabungan dan pemindahan pengetahuan yang relevan untuk digunakan dalam proses perencanaan strategis anda?

4.2 Information and Knowledge Management: How do you manage organizational information and knowledge? (45 pts.) 

  Process 

Describe HOW your organization ensures the quality and availability of needed data and information for employees, suppliers and PARTNERS, and CUSTOMERS. Describe HOW your organization builds and manages its KNOWLEDGE ASSETS.

Within your response, include answers to the following questions:

a. Data and Information Availability

(1) HOW do you make needed data and information available?

HOW do you make them accessible to employees, suppliers and PARTNERS, and CUSTOMERS, as appropriate?

(2) HOW do you ensure that hardware and software are reliable, secure, and user friendly?

(3) HOW do you ensure the continued availability of data and information, including the availability of hardware and software systems, in the event of an emergency?

(4) HOW do you keep your data and information availability mechanisms, including your software and hardware systems, current with business needs and directions and with technological changes in your operating environment?

b. Data, Information, and Knowledge Management

 

HOW do you ensure the following properties of your data, information, and organizational KNOWLEDGE:

• accuracy

• integrity and reliability

• timeliness

• security and confidentiality

HOW do you manage organizational KNOWLEDGE to accomplish the following:

the collection and transfer of employee KNOWLEDGE

the transfer of relevant KNOWLEDGE from and to CUSTOMERS, suppliers, and PARTNERS

the rapid identification, sharing, and implementation of best practices

.  the assembly and transfer of relevant knowledge for use in your strategic planning PROCESS
