Ringkaskan hasil kinerja operasional utama organisasi anda yang berkontribusi pada pencapaian keefektifan organisasi. Kelompokkan hasil anda berdasarkan segmen grup produk dan pasar (mana yang sesuai). Ikut sertakan data-data pembanding. Sajikan data dan informasi untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut ini: a.
