7.6 Hasil-Hasil Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Tata Kelola (70 pts)

  Hasil-hasil 

Ringkaskan hasil  tata kelola utama, kepemimpinan senior, dan hasil-hasil tanggung jawab social, termasuk perilaku beretika, tanggung jawab fiscal, kepatuhan hukum dan organisasi sebagai warga negara yang baik. Segmenkan hasil-hasil anda berdasarkan unit bisnis (mana yang sesuai). Ikut sertakan data pembanding.

      Sajikan data dan informasi untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut ini:

    a.    Hasil-Hasil Kepemimpinan dan Tanggung jawab social

1)  Apa saja hasil-hasil pencapaian ukuran-ukuran dan indikator-indikator utama dari strategi organisasi dan rencana-rencana kerja?

2)  Apa saja hasil Anda untuk ukuran-ukuran dan indicator-indikator utama untuk perilaku beretika dan rasa percaya pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam penata kelolaan organisasi anda? Apa saja hasil-hasil anda untuk ukuran-ukuran dan indicator-indikator utama untuk pelanggaran perilaku etis?

3)  Apa saja temuan-temuan utama dan kecendrungan saat ini dari ukuran-ukuran serta indikator-indikator utama dari akuntabilitas fiskal, baik internal maupun eksternal yang sesuai?

4)  Apa saja hasil Anda pada ukuran-ukuran atau indicator-indikator utama untuk kepatuhan peraturan dan hukum?

5)  Apa saja hasil-hasil anda pada ukuran-ukuran atau indicator-indikator utama untuk organisasi sebagai warga negara dalam mendukung komunitas utama Anda?

7.6 Leadership and Social Responsibility Results (70 pts.)   

  Results 

Summarize your organization’s KEY GOVERNANCE, SENIOR LEADERSHIP, and social responsibility RESULTS, including evidence of ETHICAL BEHAVIOR, fiscal accountability, legal compliance, and organizational citizenship.

SEGMENT your RESULTS by business units, as appropriate. Include appropriate COMPARATIVE DATA.

Provide data and information to answer the following questions:

7.6a. Leadership and Social Responsibility Results

(1) What are your RESULTS for KEY MEASURES or INDICATORS of accomplishment of your organizational strategy and ACTION PLANS?

(2) What are your RESULTS for KEY MEASURES or INDICATORS of ETHICAL BEHAVIOR and of STAKEHOLDER trust in the SENIOR LEADERS and GOVERNANCE of your organization?

What are your RESULTS for KEY MEASURES or INDICATORS of breaches of ETHICAL BEHAVIOR?

(3) What are your KEY current findings and TRENDS in KEY MEASURES or INDICATORS of fiscal accountability, both internal and external, as appropriate?

(4) What are your RESULTS for KEY MEASURES or INDICATORS of regulatory and legal compliance?

(5) What are your RESULTS for KEY MEASURES or INDICATORS of organizational citizenship in support of your KEY communities?

N1. For examples of MEASURES of ETHICAL BEHAVIOR and STAKEHOLDER trust (7.6a[2]), see Item 1.2, Note 4.

N2. Responses to 7.6a(3) might include financial statement issues and risks, important internal and external auditor recommendations, and management’s responses to these matters.

N3. Regulatory and legal compliance RESULTS (7.6a(4) should address requirements described in Item 1.2a. Employee-related occupational health and safety RESULTS (e.g., OSHA-reportable incidents) should be reported in Item 7.4a(3).

N4. Organizational citizenship RESULTS (7.6a[5]) should address support of the KEY communities discussed in Item 1.2c.
