The Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence provide a
systems perspective for understanding performance management. They reflect
validated, leading-edge management practices against which an organization can
measure itself. With their acceptance nationally and internationally as the
model for performance excellence, the Criteria represent a common language for
communication among organizations for sharing best practices.
WEDNet Indonesia provides training and certification for internal Baldrige
Examiners. Internal, certified examiners provide organizations with skilled
resources for performing objective, unbiased internal performance assessments,
providing feedback and leading the transformation efforts. This highly effective
curriculum teaches individuals how to effectively utilize Baldrige
Criteria for Performance Excellence to examine organizations, provide feedback
and drive performance improvement efforts. This highly interactive
training/workshop involves 3 days of intense training/workshop, exercises and
examinations. Participants will also be provided a
step-by-step guidelines for conducting assessments and managing the performance
improvement process.
In this class you will:
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria and Scoring System
- Develop analytical skills as it applies to evaluating performance
maturity of an organization
- Learn communication skills, interview and feedback report writing
- Become qualified to serve as a quality consultant to your organization
and as an Indonesian (National) Performance Excellence Examiner
