1-Day: Changes in the 2003 Baldrige Criteria Review

•         Review All Changes in the New 2003 Criteria Versus the Previous 2002 Criteria.

2-Day: Effectively Implementing the Baldrige Criteria in Your Organization  to Achieve World-Class Excellence

•         Participants gain capability to write an effective assessment application as a team member.

•         Participants will be given the capability of using Application Writer software for purposes of assisting them in capturing the information needed for an assessment and for assisting them in writing an assessment application for their organization.

•         Use of Excellence Enabler software capability that enables an organization to improve the capability of all of its key processes to Baldrige Winner performance levels based on the Assessment Feedback Report Findings. Note: The software is sold separately.

3-Day: Self-Assessment Capability Training:

•         Participants will gain the capability to conduct internal Baldrige assessments while working as a team member led by an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will gain the capability to write internal assessment feedback reports while working as a team member led by an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will gain the capability to score and organization using the Baldrige Criteria and Scoring Guidelines while working with an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will be given the opportunity to become ambassadors for the use of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Criteria in Indonesia.

•         Participants will be given a demonstration of using software for purposes of assisting them in capturing the information needed for an assessment and for assisting them in writing an assessment application for their organization. Note: The software is sold separately.

4-Day: Self Assessment Training + Assessment Document Development Capability

•         Participants will gain the capability to conduct internal Baldrige assessments while working as a team member led by an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will gain the capability to write internal assessment feedback reports while working as a team member led by an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will gain the capability to score and organization using the Baldrige Criteria and Scoring Guidelines while working with an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will be given the opportunity to become ambassadors for the use of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Criteria in Indonesia.

5-Day: Self-Assessment + Consensus and Site Validation Visit Simulation (Assessor Training)

•         Participants will gain the capability to conduct internal Baldrige assessments while working as a team member led by an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will gain the capability to write internal assessment feedback reports while working as a team member led by an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will gain the capability to score and organization using the Baldrige Criteria and Scoring Guidelines while working with an experienced Team Leader.

•         Participants will be given the opportunity to become ambassadors for the use of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Criteria in Indonesia.

•         Participants will receive two days of Consensus and Site Validation Visit simulation to prepare them for working on internal assessment teams led by an experienced Team Leader.
